• Arrival 15 minutes prior to scheduled activity time is required
• Pregnant women and children shorter than 1.3 cm are not allowed to participate in the ride
• Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times during the activity
• Refunds will not be provided for partially utilized services
• Service provider is not responsible for non-operational attraction components due to technical difficulties
• Passengers who are excessively tall or have an unusually long torsos may not ride
• Personal belongings that may be affected by vibrations or impacts are not allowed on the ride
• Photography and videography are not permitted during the ride.

• Seating arrangement for transfers is subject to availability and approved by the tour manager
• Pick-up/drop-off timing may change depending on traffic conditions, location, and trip schedule
• Some inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days according to government regulations, and the company is not responsible for this
• Actual transfer timing may vary by up to 30/60 minutes from the website's listed time
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but winter months may require sweaters or jackets. It is recommended to bring sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
• Private transport can be arranged on request for all tours
• It is the guest's responsibility to keep personal belongings like media equipment, wallets, or valuables safe. Drivers and tour guides are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Strollers are not allowed inside vehicles without prior information, so please inform the company when making a reservation.
• An adult must accompany children aged 3-12 years during any water activities
• On Islamic occasions and national holidays, tours will not serve alcohol or provide live entertainment
• Guests should carefully read and understand the tour brochure, itinerary, terms and conditions, and price grid as they will form part of the contract with the company
• Photography of UAE residences, particularly ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines
• Smoking is not allowed inside public areas
• Some tours may require the guest's original passport or Emirates ID, which is mentioned in the critical notes. The company is not responsible if the guest misses any tour where their passport or ID is mandatory
• The company reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fees if the guest does not arrive on time for pick-up
• No refund is provided for partially utilized services
• If the tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or weather, the company will provide alternate options if possible
• If the guest does not show up on time and misses the tour, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

If Tours or Tickets are canceled after booking, 100% of the charges will be applicable.

• Children above 1.3 meters in height are classified as children and charged accordingly
• Children above 12 years old are classified as adults and charged at the adult rate
