Please take the time to read and understand these terms before making a reservation. The terms outlined below apply to all bookings made through our website.

Pricing:

We strive to offer competitive pricing for our customers, along with the convenience of online booking. Unless otherwise stated, prices listed on our website are per person and do not include tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, food and drinks, accommodation, room services, or laundry. Prices may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in airline ticket prices, hotel rates, exchange rates, or transport expenses.

Methods of Payment:

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card and guests are required to provide their credit card information to complete the transaction. This will appear as a charge on your statement.

Confirmation of Payment:

Once payment is received, You will get confirmation on your dashboard and through email. It is important to ensure that the information provided during the booking process is accurate.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Cancellation:

Each tour activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Before booking any activity through our website, please review the cancellation policy for that specific tour. Combo tours may be canceled, but if a single tour within the combo is canceled, the combo offer will no longer be valid and the remaining amount will be refunded based on the individual tour price. Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made on our website. When booking a combo tour, please ensure that all options within the combo are available. If not, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that are listed as options.

No Show:

If you fail to show up for the tour, no refunds in full or in part will be provided. This also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, or other travel-related services.

Cancellation Procedures:

Before canceling your reservation, please review the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. To cancel all or part of your reservation, please send a written notification to our company. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and provide information on any fees that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations that have not been received or confirmed by us.

Itinerary Amendments:

The routes and services included in your package may be subject to change due to local conditions, weather, and airway schedules. In such cases, we will provide options of similar value, depending on availability. We will notify you of any changes to the itinerary before departure. Please note that we reserve the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without reimbursement. We are not responsible for reimbursement in the event of a force majeure, such as floods and earthquakes.

Hotel Accommodation and Check-in/Check-out Policy:

If we are unable to secure your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to find alternative accommodation of similar quality. Check-in and check-out times may vary by hotel and it is the guest's responsibility to confirm these times with the hotel. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred for early check-in or late check-out.

Travel Insurance:

Aan Tourism is not responsible for any damages resulting from accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal baggage, or trip cancellations. It is recommended that travelers purchase a travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen events.

Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that they have all necessary documents for their tour, including a passport or valid ID card, especially for guests traveling from a different country. No refunds will be given for the loss or lack of these documents. Additionally, all passengers, regardless of nationality, should check with their country's consulate for entry requirements before planning their visit and inquire about any current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without notice.

All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and other relevant information, is proprietary to Aan Tourism. By using this website, you agree not to use it or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

(Website) will not provide any services or products to any countries listed on the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions list in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any purchases, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with this website will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
