- Please present valid identification before participating in skiing/snowboarding at Ski Dubai
- All required equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, and helmets will be provided at the venue for safety purposes
- Helmets are mandatory for all children under 13 years old (children 8-13 years old must wear a helmet)
- Riders on the snow bullet ride need to be taller than 125 cm and heavier than 30 kg (for adults not over 120 kg)
- Rides and features requiring height or weight limits may apply
- Mobile phones are not permitted within specific zones such as the penguin encounter area
- Optional activities featured in the snow plus pass have limited availability
- If chosen activity is unavailable during your visit, then you can opt for another activity listed in our list of included options instead
- Note - venue is not wheelchair accessible, pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities
