• You can cancel for free if you do it 24 hours before the tour.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, you have to pay the full amount.
• Your money will be reimbursed to you in 7 business days if you are qualified for a repayment.

Location for Desert Safari: Al Aweer Desert Camp, Dubai, UAE

• Desert Safari pickup timings start between 2:30 pm to 03:00 pm.
• We offer transfers exclusively from hotels and residences situated in central areas of Dubai City, including Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
• If the location is far off from sic pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.
• This tour is not advised for pregnant women or individuals experiencing back pain.
• No refunds will be provided for services that have been partially utilized.
• It is not permitted to carry large bags while participating in this activity.
• The pick-up and drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location, to accommodate the trip schedule.

For Dubai City Tour

• Transfers are exclusively available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City, specifically in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina areas.
• Pick up from areas other than centrally located Dubai hotels/residences will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• On certain days and weekends, certain locations may be closed for visits. In such instances, we do not assume any responsibility, and no compensations will be provided.
• The pick-up and drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes, based on the trip schedule and considering traffic conditions and your location.
• There will be no change in the timing during Ramadan. Guests are permitted to purchase their lunch at Dubai Mall, but it must be consumed inside the vehicle only.
• Consuming food, beverages, or chewing gum in public is prohibited during Ramadan.

Location for Dhow Cruise Creek: Al Seef Road Marsa, Al Seef Walk Bur Dubai, Opposite British Embassy, Dubai.

• Kindly arrive at the location half an hour before the scheduled departure time.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residencies in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed).
• The cruise will depart at 8:30 pm.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing of shared transfers can be modified based on trip duration by up to one hour before or after scheduled times due to traffic conditions and distance traveled from the pickup location.
