Check-in time at the hotel is at the standard hour of 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is at noon.

If you require more flexibility, you can inquire about early check-in or late check-out options, depending on the availability of the hotel.

Arrive on time for your pickup to avoid any no-show charges. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.

Services that are only partially used are non-refundable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or inclement weather, we will make every effort to provide alternative options.

If you miss your scheduled pickup time and our vehicle departs, we are unable to arrange an alternative transfer or provide a refund.

Once again, no refunds will be issued for partially used services.

The availability of rooms is subject to confirmation upon request as we currently do not hold any rooms.

To confirm your booking made through NRF, a 100% advance payment is required.

Private transfers are arranged for point-to-point transportation, while sharing transfers have a maximum wait time of 5 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

All rates quoted are per person and in AED Dirhams. Bed types will be confirmed upon request.

Specific room requests such as smoking/non-smoking or higher floors are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Seating arrangements for transfers are based on availability and at the discretion of the tour manager.

Pickup and drop-off times may be adjusted to accommodate the schedule and could be affected by traffic delays or closures due to government regulations. Please note that some inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days.

Summer clothing is recommended for most of the year, but remember to bring sweaters or jackets during winter months.

Don't forget to pack sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.

Private transportation can be arranged upon request for all tours.

Keep personal belongings with you and avoid leaving them in vehicles or tour sites. Prior notice is required for strollers.

Children between 3-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult for any water activities.

Alcohol and live entertainment will not be available during Islamic occasions and National holidays.

Taking photographs of UAE residences, military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.
