• If a cancellation is made 48 hours before to the tour's departure time, there are no penalties.
• You will be charged 100% of the total amount if you have to cancel your tour less than 48 hours before it leaves.
• If you are eligible for a refund, your money will be returned to your account within seven business days.
  
  

Indoor Kartdrome (7-12)

• Children between the ages of 0 and 7 are considered infants and are not allowed to take part in this activity.
• Kids between the ages of 7 and 12 will be considered kids.
• Since they are considered adults, children over the age of twelve will be charged at the adult rate.
  
  
  

Infants are not permitted on this tour, even if their parents are traveling with them.
This tour includes certain activities that are not advised for those who are pregnant or have back discomfort.
Refunds will not be issued for services that are only partially utilized.


Big bags are not allowed for any kind of activities.
The tour leader's recommendations and your travel schedule may affect the tour's start and end times.

• At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary or timetable, adjust the price, or even cancel a tour—especially if we feel it is necessary for your comfort or safety.
• Unused inclusions from tour packages are not refundable.
• If a visitor does not show up on time at the designated pick-up spot, they will be considered a no-show. There won't be a scheduled refund or other transfer in these circumstances.
• If a tour reservation needs to be canceled or amended due to bad weather, car trouble, or traffic, we will make every effort to reschedule an equivalent experience, subject to availability.
  Depending on availability, our driver or tour guides will choose the seats.
  The pick-up and drop-off times listed on the website are estimates that will change depending on your location and traffic patterns.

• Coupon codes can only be used for reservations made online.
  
  We reserve the right to impose a 100% No Show fee on visitors who do not arrive for the pick-up on time.
  We won't arrange for a replacement transfer and won't pay you for the missed trip if a guest doesn't show up on time and our car leaves the pickup spot.
  
  The driver or tour guide will make seating arrangements based on availability, with the exception of private transportation.
