• if a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the pick-up location then they forfeit their spot on the tour and do not receive a refund.

• There are no fees for any cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour departure time.
• Should you need to cancel your tour less than 24 hours before it departs, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
• Your money will be reimbursed to you within seven business days if you qualify for a refund.
