• We will organize pick-up services exclusively from your Dubai hotel or residence and not from the airport.
• Sharing transfers are accessible from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, up to Marina.
• Please note that no luggage is permitted during any activity.
• Kindly arrive at the designated location 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled boarding time.
• For sharing transfers, the pick-up and drop-off timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes according to the trip schedule, taking into account traffic conditions and your location.

• Some of the inclusions mentioned in the tour may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government regulations, for which we cannot be held responsible.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30 to 60 minutes from the time specified on the website.
• While summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, we recommend bringing sweaters or jackets during the winter months.
• We advise you to carry sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
• If requested, we can arrange private transportation for all tours.
• Please note that leaving personal belongings such as media equipment, wallets, or valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely your responsibility. No loss or damage will be the responsibility of our drivers or tour guides.
• Strollers are not allowed inside the vehicles unless prior information is provided. Whenever making a reservation, kindly let us know.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult when participating in water activities.
• During Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol will not be available, and live entertainment will not be provided.
• We strongly recommend reading and understanding the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, the "terms and conditions," price grid, and any other applicable documents, as these form part of your contract with us upon making the booking.
• It is highly forbidden to take pictures of people living in the UAE, particularly women, as well as of military sites, buildings, and other public spaces.
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines as penalties.
• Public spaces are not permitted to have smokers.
• Some tours require the presentation of your original passport or Emirates ID, and this information is stated in the critical notes. Please ensure that you carefully read the critical information, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if the guest fails to arrive on time for the scheduled pickup.
• No refunds will be provided for partly utilized services.
• In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or adverse weather conditions, if the tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternative options if feasible.
• If a guest fails to show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange an alternative transfer and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 6 hours Prior

• If you cancel your tour at least six hours prior to its scheduled departure, you won't be charged.
• However, you will be liable for 100% of the costs if you change your mind within 6 hours of the tour's departure time.
• The money will be returned to your account within 7 business days if you are eligible for a refund.

Tour Default Policy (0-3)

• Children who are under the age of 3 will be classified as infants and will be granted free entry, without any associated costs.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 10 will be categorized as children and will be charged the child rate.
• Children must pay adult rates after they become 10 or older because they are regarded as adults.
