• The pick-up will be made from hotels and apartments in Dubai's city center that are conveniently positioned (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Please wear a decent dress code. Shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, running shoes, tennis, basketball, and other similar footwear are not permitted.
• Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged in any form and are only good for one use.
• Guests are requested to report at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel where the team will assist them with the guided tour followed by meal or beverages as chosen.

• Seating arrangements for all transfers are subject to availability and are determined by our tour manager.
• Pick-up and drop-off timings are flexible and may be adjusted according to the trip schedule. Please be aware that traffic conditions and your location may affect these times.
• Some of the inclusions mentioned in the tour may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government regulations, for which we cannot be held responsible.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30 to 60 minutes from the time specified on the website.
• While summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, we recommend bringing sweaters or jackets during the winter months.
• We advise you to carry sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
• If requested, we can arrange private transportation for all tours.
• Please note that leaving personal belongings such as media equipment, wallets, or valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely your responsibility. No loss or damage will be the responsibility of our drivers or tour guides.Strollers are not allowed inside the vehicles unless prior information is provided. Whenever making a reservation, kindly let us know.
• When engaging in aquatic activities, children between the ages of 3 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• During Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol will not be available, and live entertainment will not be provided.
• We strongly recommend reading and understanding the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, the "terms and conditions," price grid, and any other applicable documents, as these form part of your contract with us upon making the booking.
• Photographing UAE residents, especially ladies, as well as military installations, structures, and other public areas is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines as penalties.
• Public spaces are not permitted to have smokers.
• Some tours require the presentation of your original passport or Emirates ID, and this information is stated in the critical notes. Please ensure that you carefully read the critical information, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if the guest fails to arrive on time for the scheduled pickup.
• No refunds will be provided for partly utilized services.
• In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or adverse weather conditions, if the tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternative options if feasible.
• If a guest fails to show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange an alternative transfer and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• In particular, if we believe it is required for your safety or convenience, we reserve the right to rearrange an itinerary or route, modify pricing, or cancel a tour.
• Any unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• It will be deemed a no-show if a guest does not show up promptly at the agreed-upon pick-up location; in such cases, there will be no reimbursement or alternate transfer.
• In the event of tour cancellations or alterations due to inclement weather, vehicle issues, or traffic problems, we will make every sincere effort to arrange alternative services with similar options, subject to availability.
• Seating arrangements will be determined by our driver or tour guides based on availability.
• The estimated pick-up and drop-off times provided on the website may vary based on your location and traffic conditions.
• Coupon codes can only be redeemed through the online booking process.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if guests do not arrive on time for the pick-up.
• There won't be a substitute transfer arranged and there won't be a refund for the skipped trip if a passenger is late and our vehicle leaves the pickup place.
