  • We are not responsible for the closure of certain inclusions mentioned, which may occur on weekends or specific days in accordance with government regulations.

  • Taking photographs of UAE residents, particularly women, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly forbidden.
  • Engaging in littering is a punishable offense, and individuals who commit this act may be subject to fines as penalties.
  • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
  • Certain tours necessitate the presentation of your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have clearly specified this requirement in the important notes. Please make sure to carefully read the critical information, as we cannot be held accountable if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
  • If the guest fails to arrive on time for the scheduled pickup, we retain the right to impose 100% No show charges.
  • No refund for partly utilized services.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or adverse weather conditions, if the tour experiences delays or cancellations, we will endeavor to offer alternative options if feasible.
  • In the event that the guest does not arrive on time and our vehicle departs from the designated pickup location, we will not arrange for an alternative transfer, and There will be no reimbursement for the tour that was missed.

  • How can I make the Payment on your Website & is it Secure?
You can make the payment online using a valid Debit Card or Credit Card. With all payments being processed on a highly advanced and protected payment gateway, we guarantee you utmost safety in terms of money transactions.

As soon as your booking is confirmed and the payment is done, we’ll issue a voucher immediately and send it to you through email.

  • For tours inclusive of transfers, do you offer to Pick up Service from any place? 
We offer round-trip transport for all tours inclusive of transfers. Pick up and drop off is mainly provided from centrally located hotels in City Center Areas in the particular City where the Tour is conducted from.

  • Do you provide tickets attractions in the Country?
Yes, we do offer flexible passes and tickets if its listed on our website. The Tickets depend in the form of eVoucher or a Hard copy as per the guidelines of these Attractions. 

  • Can I produce an eVoucher at the time of my Tour?
Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour. 

  • How long will it take for the refund of my canceled tour?
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.

  • Is it possible for me to change or postpone the travel date once the booking is done? 
Yes, it’s possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you send us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour’s terms and conditions. 

  • Can I book multiple tours at a time?
Yes, our easy to navigate website offers the flexibility to book multiple tours at a time online. Create the first tour by visiting the respective tour page and clicking ‘Book Now’.   • Do you offer a selection of Hotels on your Website for Packages?
Yes, we do offer the selection of Hotels on our Website. You get multiple options for the Hotel selection according to the Star category. All you need to do is you just need to select an option of Hotel according to your requirement.

  • Should I reconfirm my booking before the travel date? 
No reconfirmation of booking is required. Nevertheless, the booking of certain tours is subject to availability. In such a case, our Sales Representative will send you an email, clearly detailing the entire options about the tour availability, and book the tour or tickets according to your convenience. 

  • Despite scrolling down your tour listing page, I am not able to locate my preferred tour activity. What should I do? 
Use the convenient tour filter options seen on the tour listing page to easily narrow down your search by tour type, name or even price range. You can also make your search more specific by directly entering the name of your preferred tour activity in the given field on the listing page’s left-hand side and then clicking the search icon. 

  • Upon making the reservation and payment, how will I confirm whether or not it has been received by you? 
As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive Confirmation email acknowledging your booking is Confirmed and you can download your tickets or Voucher from Booking Admin Panel. 

  • How can I share my experience with you?

  • If your intention is to enter the UAE via road, you must possess an authentic visa copy issued by immigration, which involves an extra cost of AED150 per person (excluding courier charges).
  • Kindly be aware that the processing of the visa can commence only after the necessary documentation has been completed and all payments have been cleared.
  • All visa applications are strictly for single-entry purposes.
  • It is advisable to initiate the visa application process at least 5 to 7 days prior to your intended arrival. It takes five working days (Sunday to Thursday) for us to process your visa application. If your application is detained by immigration, the visa approval may take an additional two days.
  • Upon the approval of your visa by the UAE Immigration Authority, we'll send you a copy of your visa to your email. Please print out this visa copy and present it to the passport control section at the airport. There is no need to provide an original copy of the visa.
  • If you are planning to enter the UAE by road, it is necessary to have an original visa copy issued by immigration, for which there is an additional cost of AED 150 per person. (Courier charges are not included and will be extra).
  • Visa Approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officials, and Aan Tourism & Travels should not be held responsible for the rejection of your visa application. Additionally, the RTT cannot provide assurance that every application will be approved. Once your Visa Application is submitted to the Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the application is approved, rejected, or if you are unable to travel to the UAE after the visa has been approved.
  • Some airline service providers may entail passengers for an 'Ok to Board' approval, which, at most, should be done 24 hours before the stipulated flight departure time. If you request it, the RTT can handle it on your behalf for an additional fee.
  • In the event that your visa application is rejected by UAE Immigration, we will provide you with a copy of the denial for your records.
  • If the traveler is unable to embark on the trip after the visa is issued, a penalty of AED100 will be deducted from the guarantee amount.
  • In the event that a tourist does not leave the country by the designated date, a deduction of AED150 per day will be made from the guarantee amount as a penalty.
  • The security cheque of the guarantor will be deposited if a traveler on Aan Tourism's sponsored visa has to face overstay due to imprisonment or committing any crime.
  • Upon departing the country, we kindly request you send us a copy of the page in your passport that contains the exit stamp from UAE immigration.
  • This document will serve as evidence of your departure from the country. Additionally, it allows us to verify it in our online system.
  • The refund of the security cheque will only be processed once we receive clear confirmation of your departure from the country.
  • The guarantor is accountable for retrieving your security deposit within three months after your traveler's departure from the UAE or can request us to cancel the cheque and destroy it by sending you an email. As per company policy, RTT will cancel and destroy the security cheque after a period of 3 months, and we will not assume responsibility thereafter.
  • Having a dependable travel insurance policy is essential for dealing with unexpected situations such as medical emergencies that may arise while you are traveling. In case you do not possess a travel insurance plan, they can assist you, although fees will be incurred.

  • A confirmed reservation for accommodation in one of the hotels in the UAE is another requirement that must be fulfilled.

REASONS OF VISA REJECTION

  • When seeking a visa in the UAE, your visa application may be declined or rejected due to the following 10 factors.
  • If a female visitor, who is below the age of 25, intends to travel alone, there is a high probability of her visa application being denied.
  • Applications that include handwritten copies of passports from nationalities like Pakistan and Bangladesh will be rejected by UAE immigration.
  • If an applicant is on the UAE immigration blacklist or has been found guilty of a serious offense, their visa application will be rejected.
  • If the applicant had a previous residence visa and left the UAE without canceling it, their application may face rejection.
  • In the event that an individual has previously applied for a tourist visa but did not enter the country, their application will be denied. In order to submit a new application, it is necessary to cancel the previous visa.
  • In the event that the photo utilized in the passport copies is unclear or blurry, there is a high possibility of your application being delayed or rejected.
  • If the applicant's occupation is specified as a laborer, cultivator, or any other unskilled job, the visa application will be declined.
