• If a client arrives tardy and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the designated pick-up point, their position on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be granted.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour's scheduled departure time are free of charge.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If you meet the criteria for a refund, you can expect to receive your funds back within 7 business days.

Tour Default Policy (0-3)

• Infants under the age of three are free to enter and will be treated as such.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Over-10-year-old children will be charged at the adult rate.
