• It is mandatory to bring a valid passport or Emirates ID with you when visiting.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 12 years old to attend the attraction.
• Weight criteria: Guests weighing between 30 and 150 kg are allowed to participate in the glass slide and edge walk.
• Height criteria: The building consists of three stories, and the minimum height requirement is 120 centimeters. Please remember this before moving forward.
• Avoid loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose shoes, and long, loose scarves when dressing modestly and comfortably.
• If any visitors have disabilities, it is important to notify the Sky Views staff in advance. They aim to provide a customized experience to suit the needs of each individual, considering different physical strengths and weaknesses due to varying lifestyles.
• Personal advice may differ for individuals based on their specific conditions. For example, individuals with back pain are advised to avoid using both hands during walks, as bending may cause discomfort.
• There are four exits available: two standard stairs, one elevator inside the building, and one exit outside upon arrival.

• Seating arrangements for all transfers are subject to availability and are determined by our tour manager.
• Pick-up and drop-off timings are flexible and may be adjusted according to the trip schedule. Please be aware that traffic conditions and your location may affect these times.
• Some of the inclusions mentioned in the tour may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government regulations, for which we cannot be held responsible.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30 to 60 minutes from the time specified on the website.
• While summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, we recommend bringing sweaters or jackets during the winter months.
• We advise you to carry sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
• If requested, we can arrange private transportation for all tours.
• Please note that leaving personal belongings such as media equipment, wallets, or valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely your responsibility. No loss or damage will be the responsibility of our drivers or tour guides.
• Strollers are not allowed inside the vehicles unless prior information is provided. Whenever making a reservation, kindly let us know.
• When engaging in aquatic activities, children between the ages of 3 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• During Islamic occasions and national holidays, alcohol will not be available, and live entertainment will not be provided.
• We strongly recommend reading and understanding the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, the "terms and conditions," price grid, and any other applicable documents, as these form part of your contract with us upon making the booking.
• Photographing UAE residents, especially ladies, as well as military installations, structures, and other public areas is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines as penalties.
• Public spaces are not permitted to have smokers.
• Some tours require the presentation of your original passport or Emirates ID, and this information is stated in the critical notes. Please ensure that you carefully read the critical information, as we cannot be held responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if the guest fails to arrive on time for the scheduled pickup.
• No refunds will be provided for partly utilized services.
• In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or adverse weather conditions, if the tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternative options if feasible.
• If a guest fails to show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange an alternative transfer and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 72 hours Prior

• For any cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, there will be no charges incurred.
• However, 100% of the charges will be applied if the cancellation is notified less than 24 hours before the tour's departure time.
• The money will be returned to you if you are qualified for a refund within 7 business days.

Tour Policy (3 -12) Global Village

• Children who are below the age of 3 will be classified as infants, and they will be granted free entry without any charges.
• Ages 3 to 65 will be regarded as adults, and those who wish to enter must do so at the appropriate adult charge.
