• For this activity, a passport or emirates id is mandatory.
• Once you're in Dubai city, we'll transport you to centrally located hotels and residences (all found within Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina).
• You'll need to sign the waiver form when you arrive for your tour.
• Please note that pregnant women are not permitted for tandem jumps.
• A person must be 16 years old or older on the day of their flight - if they're younger than 18 years old then they will need parental consent before signing up.
• Women should weigh 75 kg or less; men should weigh 105 kg or less; these limits also apply if you're taking part in the free fall experience only.

Important Note

• Al Hosn App is required only for residents. Tourists need to show RT-PCR reports and vaccination certificates.
• A valid RT-PCR test report from a UAE-based laboratory is mandatory, and it must have been conducted within the past 96 hours.
• A fully vaccinated report is required.

• Clothes that are appropriate for the summer season are applicable all year round, however, sweaters might be required during winter months due to cold weather.
• It is advisable to bring sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and other necessary items when traveling. Additionally, we provide on-demand private transport options for all our offered tours.
• Please note that it is your sole responsibility to take care of your personal belongings, including items such as cameras, that may be left behind in our vehicles or at the travel destinations. We will not be held liable for any lost or misplaced items.

• In certain locations, taking photographs specifically of women is strictly prohibited, unless it is deemed necessary for the itinerary to include such photos.

• Smoking anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces (including nightclubs) is forbidden under UAE law.
• If a specific type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this information is explicitly mentioned at the beginning of the relevant section.
• Guests must ensure they carry these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport, as failing to do so may result in the complete loss of the opportunity for that specific activity.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic congestion or car issues, if the tour experiences a delay or cancellation, we will endeavor to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, their spot on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Booking Policy:

• In case tours or tickets are canceled after booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy (Skydive Abu Dhabi)

• Children under 16 years will be considered as children and entry will not be permitted.
• Children above age 16 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
• For skydive tandem, the guest has to be 16 years and above. and 16 years old below, a parent must be present on the day of the jump.
