• At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to alter the schedule or route, change the cost, or even cancel a tour, especially if we believe it is essential for your comfort or safety.
• Refunds are not available for any included item or service in a tour package that is not used.
• A guest will be recorded as a no-show if they do not show up at the appointed pick-up location on time. Under such conditions, there won't be a reimbursement or other transfer offered.
• We will do our best efforts to find an equivalent service with comparable options if a tour booking needs to be canceled or amended because of inclement weather, mechanical problems with the vehicle, or traffic jams. However, this is subject to availability.
