• guests need to make sure they take these items along with them when traveling outside dubai international airport because otherwise, they may lose their opportunity for that specific activity entirely.
• due to any unforeseeable events, such as traffic or car trouble, if the tour gets delayed or canceled we will provide alternate transportation options wherever possible. 
• if a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the pick-up location then they forfeit their spot on the tour and do not receive a refund.

• children under 3 years & below 1.3 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• children between age 3 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
