Tour Default Policy (0-3)

• Infants who are under the age of 3 will receive free entry.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 10 will be classified as such and will be charged at a child rate.
• Individuals who are 10 years old or older will incur charges at the adult rate.

• Transfers are only offered from centrally located accommodations in Dubai City, specifically in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina areas.
• Pick-up services from locations outside centrally located Dubai hotels and residences are available upon request, subject to an additional
• surcharge.
• Certain locations may be closed for visits on specific days and weekends. In such cases, we do not assume any responsibility, and no compensation will be provided.
• The pick-up and drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the trip schedule, traffic conditions, and your location.
• There will be no change in timing during Ramadan. Guests are allowed to purchase lunch at Dubai Mall but must consume it inside the vehicle.
• During Ramadan, the public consumption of food, beverages, or chewing gum is prohibited.
• Total persons for private sharing is up to 6.

• Transfers are dependent on availability, and bookings should align with the provided itinerary. Keep in mind that pickup times may vary due to traffic conditions and your specific location.
• Inclusions mentioned earlier may be unavailable on weekends or specific days based on government regulations, which are beyond our control.

• During Muslim occasions and UAE national holidays, our tours will exclude alcohol service, and live entertainment won't be provided.

• Photography, especially of women, is strictly prohibited in certain locations unless required by the itinerary.
• Littering on public land can lead to financial consequences, such as fines, depending on local laws.
• Smoking outside designated areas within public spaces, including nightclubs, is prohibited under UAE law.
• If a specific form of tourism requires an original passport or Emirati identification card, it will be explicitly stated at the beginning of that section.
• When traveling outside Dubai International Airport, ensure you bring necessary items, as failing to do so may result in the loss of opportunities for specific activities.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances like traffic or car issues causing delays or cancellations, we will make every effort to offer alternative

• If a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the designated pick-up point, their position on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be granted.

• Seat assignments are contingent upon availability and will be managed by our driver or tour guides.
• The pick-up and drop-off times indicated on the website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your location and current traffic conditions.
• Coupon codes can only be redeemed through the online booking process.
• We retain the right to impose 100% no-show charges if guests are not punctual for the pick-up.
• If a guest is not on time and our vehicle departs from the designated pick-up point, we cannot arrange an alternative transfer. Please be aware that no refund will be issued for the missed tour.
• Seating arrangements are determined by availability and are decided by the driver or tour guide, except in the case of private transfers.
