Adult Cancellation Policy

Adults also enjoy the same rights to cancel. They can cancel their visit within 24 hours to receive a full refund. However, cancellations are not subject to any refund after that period.

Child Cancellation Policy

Children can cancel their tickets up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour and will be fully refunded. Any cancellations made after the 24-hour window will not be refunded.
