Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Children Under 5 Years: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour; no charge for infants.
Children Aged 5-12 Years: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 to 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour.
