Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• If a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, there are no fees.
• If a cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours before the tour departure time, there will be a 100% fee.

Tour Default Policy (0-3)

• Youngsters under the age of three are admitted free of charge and are treated as infants.
• Children are defined as those who are between the ages of three and ten, and they will be taxed at the child rate.

• Please report at the venue 30 minutes before the departure time.
• Only hotels and homes in Dubai's city centre (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina) offer shared transports.
• Transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• According to UAE government regulations, entertainment will be closed and alcohol won't be offered during dry days.

• You can make reservations depending on the itinerary, and all transfers are subject to availability. Please be aware that depending on your location and the state of the traffic, pickup times may change.
• Some inclusions, like the ones listed above, might not be offered on certain days or on weekends due to government limitations. These closures are outside of our control.
• The times of the actual transfers could differ from those on our website by as much as thirty to sixty minutes.

• It is strictly illegal to take pictures in some places, especially of women, unless it is specified in the itinerary.

• Laws in the United Arab Emirates prohibit smoking in public places, including nightclubs, unless in locations specifically designated for that purpose. 
• An original passport or Emirati identity card may be required for a certain type of travel or visit; this will be noted at the beginning of that section.
• When departing from Dubai International Airport, guests are required to make sure they have these materials with them. If they don't, they may lose the chance to take part in that particular activity entirely.
• If unanticipated events, such traffic or vehicle problems, cause a delay or tour cancellation, we will try our best to provide substitute transportation choices wherever possible.

• At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to alter the schedule or route, change the price, or even cancel a tour—mainly if we believe it is necessary for your safety or convenience.
• Refunds are not available for any included item or service in a tour package that is not used.
• A guest will be recorded as a no-show if they do not show up at the appointed pick-up location on time. Under such conditions, there won't be a reimbursement or other transfer offered.
  
  
• If a tour booking needs to be canceled or amended because of inclement weather, mechanical problems with the vehicle, or traffic jams, we will do our utmost to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability. 
• Our driver or tour guides will handle the seating arrangements, which will be decided upon based on availability.
• The website's specified pick-up and drop-off times are an estimate that may change based on your location and the volume of traffic at that time.
• Coupon codes can only be redeemed during the online booking procedure.
  
  
• In the event that visitors do not show up for the scheduled pick-up on time, we reserve the right to impose 100% no-show penalties.
• We won't arrange for a substitute transfer and won't reimburse the guest for any unused tour time if they come late and our car leaves the pickup spot.
