• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Tour Default Policy(0-3)

• Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Departure is in the evening hours every day.
• Live music or cultural events are provided to captivate the guests on the Dhow Sunset Cruise with Dinner.
• Private bookings are accepted for events and celebrations.
• Seasonal changes in the menu are there.
• Multilingual assistants can be found onboard.
• Special arrangements are available if needed.
• Cruise routes are altered when the tides are shallow or the day is unclear.
• Group discounts are provided, especially when the number of guests booked is significantly large.
• Children are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
• You may have free parking near the boarding point.

• The cruise sails in all weathers; no refund for bad weather.

• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered no-shows. No alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
• Weather and Traffic Delays: If your tour is delayed due to bad weather, mechanical breakdowns, or traffic, we will offer you alternative services available.
• Seating Arrangement: The seating arrangement depends on the availability of vehicles. The driver or the tour guide will make all arrangements except private transfers.
