• Transfers are exclusively available for hotels and residences located in central areas of Dubai City, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
• No refunds will be provided for services that remain unused or have been partially utilized.
• ATMs, prayer rooms, baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are all located on the plaza level (valet parking is also available).
• Valet parking, lockers, and strollers can be availed at the venue for an additional fee.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the theme park.

• Al Hosn App is required only for residents. Tourists need to show RT-PCR reports and vaccination certificates.

• According to UAE law, smoking is prohibited anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces, including nightclubs.
• If a particular type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this requirement will be indicated at the beginning of that section.
• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, they will forfeit their spot on the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
