• The pickup will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• It takes approximately 15 minutes to prepare the food when picking it up at the venue; it might take longer on busy days.
• There is no refund if only some of what you ordered was utilized.

• Pregnant women are prohibited from experiencing flying cups due to the risks involved.
• Food brought from outside cannot be consumed at flying cup event grounds.
• The flying cup may postpone/delay/cancel/interrupt or stop an activity for any reason beyond its control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, dangerous situations etcetera.

• Summer-appropriate clothing is suitable throughout the year, although sweaters may be necessary in winter months due to colder weather.

• According to UAE law, smoking is prohibited anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces, including nightclubs.
• If a particular type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this requirement will be indicated at the beginning of that section.
• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• The client forfeits their seat on the tour and is not entitled to a refund if they are late and miss the tour's planned departure from the pick-up site.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, there are no fees.
• 100% charges apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time.
• If qualified for reimbursement, your amount will be reverted within 7 business days.

Child Policy (0-4) Burj Khalifa

• Children under 4 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 4 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
