• Each conservatory is open to visitors for a maximum of one hour.

• It is always advisable to wear loose, comfortable attire when visiting Singapore, regardless of the season. When you're indoors, especially in air-conditioned malls and entertainment venues with chilly temperatures, wear it with a cardigan or shawl.

• At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary or timetable, adjust the price, or even cancel a tour—especially if we feel it is necessary for your comfort or safety.
• Unused inclusions from tour packages are not refundable.
• If a visitor does not show up on time at the designated pick-up spot, they will be considered a no-show. There won't be a scheduled refund or other transfer in these circumstances.
  
  
• If a tour reservation needs to be canceled or amended due to bad weather, car trouble, or traffic, we will make every effort to reschedule an equivalent experience, subject to availability.
• Depending on availability, our driver or tour guides will choose the seats. 
• The pick-up and drop-off times listed on the website are estimates that will change depending on your location and traffic patterns.
• Coupon codes can only be used for reservations made online.
• In the event that visitors fail to show up for the pick-up on time, we have the right to charge a 100% No Show fee.
  
  
• If a visitor fails to arrive on time and our vehicle leaves the pickup area, we will not make arrangements for a substitute transfer and there will be no reimbursement for the trip that was missed.
• The driver or tour guide will make seating arrangements based on availability, with the exception of private transportation.
