Important Information :

• Please ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you for the tour.
• Participants who are pregnant, have heart problems, serious knee and back pain, or have undergone major surgery in the last 6 months should not take part in these activities.
• Check the child policy, height and weight guidelines for each activity before booking.
• The following activities are available in Hatta Wadi: Archery (with a target distance of 10 meters), Plunge (a large trampoline experience), Twin Zipline (a 350-meter zipline experience for two), Wall Climbing (with 4 to 5 lanes of climbing), Net Walking (walking on suspended footbridges), and Hatta Drop-In (dropping into a plunge pool from a slide).

• Dress appropriately for the weather and don't forget to bring sun protection.
• Private transport can be arranged upon request.
• Please do not leave valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites as we are not responsible for them.
• Strollers are not allowed in vehicles without prior information.
• Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in water activities.
• Alcohol and live entertainment may not be served on Islamic occasions and National holidays.
• Please read and understand all tour documents, including the 'Terms and Conditions,' before booking.
• Photography of certain locations is strictly prohibited.
• Littering and smoking in public areas are punishable offenses.
• Some tours require original passport or Emirates ID, which is mentioned in the critical notes.
• No show charges may apply if the guest does not show up on time for pick-up.
• No refunds for partly utilized services.
• If the tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If the guest does not show up on time for pick-up, we will not arrange for an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• You can cancel your tour for free up to 24 hours before departure, but if you cancel within 24 hours of the departure time, 100% of the charges will apply. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive it within 7 working days.

• Children up to 6 years old can share a seat with their parents on SIC tours for free.
• If an extra seat is required for the child, child prices will apply.
