• Smoking and eating are prohibited on board flights, but light snacks and drinks can be consumed as long as they're contained inside a closed bag.
• Weight checks will take place before boarding to ensure compliance with helicopter weight limitations.
• Passengers should wear comfortable clothes, jewelry such as earrings or necklaces larger than 1 inch in diameter are prohibited during transport, and it is advised that passengers dress lightly so they don't overheat while inside the cabin.
• Due to air traffic control regulations, as well as other operational or safety reasons, tour routes may change.
• All flights are dependent on the weather and visibility.
• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Helicopter tours cannot accommodate passengers who suffer from heart problems or physical disabilities caused by injury - pregnant women also cannot fly commercially due to health risks associated with high altitudes (the stomach expands during pregnancy).

• All transfers are subject to availability, and you can make bookings based on the itinerary. Please note that pickup times may vary depending on traffic conditions and your geographical location.
• Inclusions, such as the ones mentioned above, may be unavailable on weekends or specific days in accordance with government regulations. We do not have control over these closures.
• The actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30-60 minutes compared to the ones listed on our website.
• Summer-appropriate clothing is suitable throughout the year, although sweaters may be necessary in winter months due to colder weather.
• It is advisable to bring along items such as sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and more when traveling. Additionally, we provide an on-demand private transport option for all the tours we offer.
• When making a booking with us, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of your personal belongings, including cameras, left in our vehicles or at travel destinations. We disclaim any responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

• According to UAE law, smoking is prohibited anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces, including nightclubs.
• If a particular type of tourism or visit necessitates the presentation of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this requirement will be indicated at the beginning of that section.
• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, they will forfeit their spot on the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.

• We retain the absolute right to modify the itinerary or route, make pricing adjustments, or even cancel a tour at our sole discretion, primarily if we consider it necessary for your safety or convenience.
• Any included item or service in a tour package that remains unused is not eligible for a refund.
• If a guest fails to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point, they will be marked as a no-show. In such circumstances, no reimbursement or alternative transfer will be provided.
• If a tour booking needs to be canceled or modified due to unfavorable weather conditions, vehicle problems, or traffic issues, we will make every sincere endeavor to arrange an alternative service with similar options, subject to availability.
• The seating arrangement will be determined based on availability and will be handled by our driver or tour guides.
• The pick-up and drop-off timings provided on the website are approximate and will be modified according to your location and prevailing traffic conditions.
• The redemption of coupon codes is exclusive to the online booking process.
• We retain the right to apply 100% no-show charges if guests fail to arrive on time for the scheduled pick-up.
• If the guest fails to arrive on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not facilitate an alternative transfer, and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
