• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport or Emirates ID it is mandatory during the trip.
  
• Infants will not be allowed for dune bashing.
• Infants must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Pregnant women or individuals with backaches are not recommended for certain tour activities.
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• No heavy luggage is allowed during any activity.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change in timing based on trip arrangements and guidance from the trip guide.

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Saudi Desert Safari (0 - 6 years)

• Children below 5 years will be considered as Infant and are free of cost
• Children between 6-12 years old will be considered as a child and charged a child rate
• Children 13 or above will be considered as an Adult and charged an Adult rate.
