• The time of pick-up and drop-off will vary slightly depending on the location, traffic, and other factors.
• Singapore experiences year-round warmth and humidity in its climate. However, because of the monsoon season, December and January are comparatively colder. Moreover, the weather can be unpredictable; so be sure to carry an umbrella in order to tackle all-of-a-sudden rainstorms and drizzles.
• It is always advisable to wear loose, comfortable attire when visiting Singapore, regardless of the season. When you're indoors, especially in air-conditioned malls and entertainment venues with chilly temperatures, wear it with a cardigan or shawl.
• It's a good idea to pack comfortable shoes for any walking you may do during your holiday in Singapore.

• A guest will be deemed a no-show if they do not arrive at the appointed pick-up location on time. In such cases, there will be no alternate transfer or refund planned.
• If inclement weather, mechanical problems with a vehicle, or traffic jams cause a tour reservation to be canceled or modified, we will do everything in our power to reschedule a comparable experience, subject to availability. 
• The seating arrangements will be made by our driver or tour guides based on availability.
• The website's pick-up and drop-off times are an estimate that will be modified based on your location and traffic patterns.
• Coupon codes are only redeemable through the online reservation process.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
• In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
• With the exception of private transports, seating arrangements are made based on availability and are determined by the driver or tour guide.
