• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

OliOli Child Policy

• Infants (0-11 months): Infants enter free of charge. Accompanying adults must purchase an adult ticket.
• Children (2-16 years): Children are eligible for one complimentary adult entry per Child ticket. Extra accompanying adult should purchase an adult ticket.
• Height Requirement for Toshi’s Nets: Children must be a minimum height of 0.90m and a maximum height of 1.5m to enter Toshi’s Nets.
• Toddlers (12-23 months): Toddlers tickets can be bought at the venue directly.

• The museum can accommodate special programs for schools and groups if booked in advance.
• The museum is located in Al Quoz. It is not far from other attractions in Dubai.
• Parking is free, but there are some designated parking spots.
• Wheelchairs and strollers are available to use at the museum.
• Membership allows for reduced ticket prices for regular visitors.

• Unused Inclusions: Any unused parts of a tour package are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered no-shows. No alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
• Weather and Traffic Delays: If your tour is delayed due to bad weather, mechanical breakdowns, or traffic, we will offer you alternative services available.
• Seating Arrangement: The seating arrangement depends on the availability of vehicles. The driver or the tour guide will make all arrangements except private transfers.
• Pick-up and Drop-off Timings: The timings listed are approximate and may vary based on your location and traffic conditions.
