Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

• If you need to cancel your child's booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the tour to avoid any penalties.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Age and Height Restrictions

• Children must be at least 6 years old and 120 cm tall to participate in the ATV or Buggy Adventure.
• If your child does not meet the age or height requirements on the day of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel their participation and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

• If you fail to show up for the tour without prior notification, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Hotel Pick-up: Offered in the Pattaya area. Please provide your hotel name and address for confirmation.

• All participants must wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing.
• Helmets, gloves, and goggles will be provided.
• A valid driver's license is required for ATV riders.
