At 6:00 p.m., the Qasr Al Watan Palace closes to visitors.
At 7:30 p.m., the light show's doors close.
A valid photo ID matching the name listed in the reservation must be provided to enter Qasr Al Hosn.
Please wear face masks at all times inside the palace.
Items such as food, beverages, cameras, video, and audio recording equipment, seats, and selfie sticks may not be taken inside the museum due to safety reasons.
No large bags are permitted during this visit.
Tickets can only be used for the selected date or the date will be printed on the ticket.
The ticket includes access to the Palace in Motion (light show). if it takes place on the date of your visit.
The regular show time of Palace in Motion begins at 08:00 pm. Timings are subject to modification and depend on sunset times.
The final entry to the Palace in Motion (light show) is permitted 45 minutes prior to the start time of the show.
