Important Information :

Only hotels in the City Center will be the source of the transfers.

For a hassle-free airport pickup, please make sure you provide precise information at the time of booking, such as the hotel address and the timing of your flight.


Please stay at the Tourist Information Counter, it is requested of guests. There, the driver will greet you.

After landing, the driver will arrive after 1.5 hours and wait 30 minutes. 

A visitor will be considered a NO SHOW and there won't be a refund or rescheduling if they don't show up within the allotted time.

At an extra charge, the Midnight Hours Service on a Private Basis is available from 22:30 to 07:00 hours.

• Strollers are not allowed inside the car, unless otherwise noted while making the tour reservation.

• Singapore experiences year-round warmth and humidity in its climate. However, because of the monsoon season,
• December and January are comparatively colder. Additionally, weather patterns can change suddenly, so make sure you have an umbrella on hand to combat sudden downpours and drizzles.
• It is always advisable to wear loose, comfortable attire when visiting Singapore, regardless of the season. If you're inside, wear it with a shawl or cardigan.
• It's a good idea to pack comfortable shoes for any walking you may do during your holiday in Singapore.
• In addition to a high SPF sunscreen, you should pack a decent pair of sunglasses due to the city-state's bright atmosphere, which will shield your skin from the harsh UVB rays.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 48 hours Prior

• There will be no fees for any cancellations notified 48 hours before the tour's departure time.
• If you cancel your tour less than 48 hours before it departs, you will be charged 100% of the total amount; otherwise, your money will be reimbursed to your account within 7 business days. if a refund is possible.
  
  

Child Policy (Singapore 0-3 years)

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and will be entered free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 3 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
