• Please let the Sky Views staff know if you have any existing medical conditions, including any physical restrictions or ailments like pregnancy, back or neck pain, broken bones, heart problems, nervous system abnormalities, motion sickness, or epilepsy.

There are specific restrictions based on height, weight, and age:

• Guests must be between the ages of 12 and 65 to participate (minors under 18 require the in-person consent of their parent/s).
• Guests must weigh between 50 and 100 kilograms.
• Guests must have a height ranging from 130 centimeters to 210 centimeters.

• Photographing UAE residents, especially ladies, as well as military installations, structures, and other public areas is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines as penalties.
• Public spaces are not permitted to have smokers.

• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if the guest fails to arrive on time for the scheduled pickup.
• No refunds will be provided for partly utilized services.
• In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delays caused by other guests, or adverse weather conditions, if the tour is delayed or canceled, we will provide alternative options if feasible.
• If a guest fails to show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, we will not arrange an alternative transfer and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• For any cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, there will be no charges incurred.
• However, 100% of the charges will be applied if the cancellation is notified less than 24 hours before the tour's departure time.
• The money will be returned to you if you are qualified for a refund within 7 business days.
