• Upon arrival at Surf High Dubai, a renowned water sports facility in Dubai, you will need to check in with the friendly staff and complete any necessary paperwork or waivers. Make sure to attend a safety briefing, where experienced instructors will provide you with important instructions on wakesurfing and wakeboarding techniques.
• Next, you will be fitted with all the essential equipment, including a life jacket and either a wakeboard or a wakesurf board. Once you're geared up, it's time to kick off your activity session. You'll have the opportunity to ride the wake of a boat or a cable system wave, enabling you to experience the thrill of surfing without relying on natural ocean waves.
• As you hit the water, focus on finding your balance on the board and mastering the art of riding the wave created by the boat or cable system. Throughout the session, feel free to take breaks whenever needed. The instructors will be there to provide guidance and offer valuable tips to help you improve your skills.
• Once you feel comfortable with wakesurfing, you'll transition to wakeboarding. This involves using a board and performing various tricks and maneuvers while being towed by a boat or a cable system. The instructors will teach you wakeboarding techniques such as jumps, spins, and grabs, allowing you to expand your repertoire and have even more fun on the water.
• During the session, you'll have multiple opportunities to wakesurf and wakeboard, giving you ample time to refine your skills and enjoy the excitement of these water sports. Afterward, you can return the equipment and take a moment to relax and unwind. It's also a great chance to share your experiences with fellow participants and exchange stories of your water adventures.

Important Information :

• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purpose.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult through out the visit.
• You need to report at the location 20 minutes before the tour time
• Pregnant women, Heart Patients or people suffering from backache are strictly not recommended for the Tour.
• Maximum Weight for all activities is 120Kg.
• A Waiver form is Mandatory to be signed at the time of your Tour.

Please note the short description of each tour option - 

• Wake surfing - Begins by the rider being towed behind the boat using a tow rope. Once the rider has gained momentum and is comfortable, they let go off the rope and surf the boat's wake. The boat's propulsion creates a continuous wave that the surfer rides along.
• Wake Boarders - Typically start in the water, holding onto the handle of the tow rope while the boat pulls them forward. As the rider gains speed, they rise out of the water and ride on the surface, using the wake (the wave created by the boat) as a ramp to perform various tricks and maneuvers.
• Wake foiling - Begins with the rider being towed behind a boat or a cable system, similar to wakeboarding. As the boat gains speed, the hydrofoil generates lift, raising the rider above the water's surface. Once foiling, the rider experiences reduced drag and a smooth, gliding sensation.
• E-foiling - Begins with the rider standing on the E-foil board in the water. The rider controls the E-foil using a handheld wireless controller that regulates the motor's speed. As the rider increases the motor's power, the hydrofoil generates lift, lifting the rider above the water's surface. The rider can then control the E-foil's direction and speed by adjusting their body position and using the handheld controller. 

Useful Information :

• Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
• Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
• Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Surf High

• Children Under 7 years will be considerd as infant and infants are not allowed for Wakesurfing
• Children Under 10 years will be considerd as infant and infants are not allowed for Wakeboarding 
• Children Under 16 years will be considerd as infant and infants are not allowed for Efoil.
