  • More than 7 days prior to the tour date: You will receive a full refund of your payment.
  • Between 3-7 days prior to the tour date: You will receive a 50% refund of your payment.
  • Less than 3 days prior to the tour date: No refund will be provided.

Exceptions

  • In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the tour from taking place, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
  • If we cancel the tour due to insufficient bookings or other reasons, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Changes to Bookings

  • If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes.

Refund Process
