• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before to the tour's scheduled departure time are free of charge.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.

• The actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30-60 minutes compared to the timings listed on our website.
• Clothing suitable for the summer season remains appropriate throughout the year, but during the winter months, sweaters may be necessary due to colder weather conditions.
• When traveling, we suggest bringing items such as sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and other necessary accessories. Additionally, we provide an on-demand private transport option for all our offered tours.
• When booking with us it is solely your responsibility -we will not take care of any personal belongings that have been forgotten either in our vehicles or at the travel destinations such as cameras, etc.

• Tour Policies: During Muslim occasions and UAE national holidays, the tour will not include alcohol service, and there will be no live entertainment provided.
• Before making any bookings, it is essential to carefully review the brochure/itinerary, terms and conditions, price grid, and other relevant information, as they are all subject to potential changes with prior notice at any time.
• In certain locations, photography, especially of women, is strictly forbidden unless the itinerary needs to include photographs of women.
• Depending on local laws, littering on public land can lead to financial consequences, such as fines, as a general rule.
• Smoking outside of designated smoking areas within public spaces (including nightclubs) is prohibited under the law of the UAE.
• If a specific form of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, it will be explicitly mentioned at the beginning of that section.
• When traveling outside Dubai International Airport, guests must ensure they bring along these items, as failing to do so may result in the complete loss of the opportunity for that specific activity.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or car issues, if the tour experiences delays or cancellations, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options.
• If a client arrives tardy and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the designated pick-up point, their position on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be granted.

• At our sole discretion, we maintain the full authority to reschedule an itinerary or route, modify pricing, or even cancel a tour if we consider it necessary for your safety or convenience.
• Any unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• If a guest fails to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point, it will be considered a no-show, and no reimbursement or alternative transfer will be organized in such situations.
• In the event of tour booking cancellation or alteration due to inclement weather, vehicle complications, or traffic issues, we will diligently endeavor to arrange alternative services with similar options, however, based on their availability.
• The allocation of seating will be dependent on its availability and will be handled by our driver or tour guides.
• The pick-up and drop-off timings provided on the website are approximate and will be adjusted according to your location and prevailing traffic conditions.
• Only the online booking process allows for the redemption of coupon codes.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
• If the guest fails to arrive on time and our vehicle departs from the designated pickup location, we will not be able to arrange an alternative transfer. Please note that no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
• The seating arrangement is determined based on availability and is decided by the driver or tour guide, except in the case of private transfers.
