• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour's scheduled departure time are free of charge.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.

Child Policy (Height 1.3 Meters) Ferrari

• Infants are defined as children under 3 years old and under 1.3 metres in height, and they are admitted free of charge.
• Children between the ages of 3 to 10 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Any child over the age of 10 will be charged at the adult rate.

• Only centrally placed hotels and residences in Dubai City (Deira/Bur Dubai/Marina/Al Barsha/SZR) offer shared transports.
• Pick-ups for private transports are available upon request and subject to an additional price for locations other than strategically located hotels and houses in Dubai.
• Please remember to wear appropriate clothing when visiting culturally significant sites like the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. These sites require visitors to have their knees and shoulders covered.
• Transfer timings may be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Grand Mosque is not open for tourists on Fridays.

• Al Hosn App is required only for residents. Tourists need to show RT-PCR reports and vaccination certificates.
• A valid RT-PCR test report from a UAE-based laboratory is mandatory, and it must have been conducted within the past 96 hours.

• When booking with us it is solely your responsibility -we will not take care of any personal belongings that have been forgotten either in our vehicles or at the travel destinations such as cameras, etc.

• If a client arrives tardy and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the designated pick-up point, their position on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be granted.

• At our sole discretion, we maintain the full authority to reschedule an itinerary or route, modify pricing, or even cancel a tour if we consider it necessary for your safety or convenience.
• Any unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• If a guest fails to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point, it will be considered a no-show, and no reimbursement or alternative transfer will be organized in such situations.
• In the event of tour booking cancellation or alteration due to inclement weather, vehicle complications, or traffic issues, we will diligently endeavor to arrange alternative services with similar options, however, based on their availability.
• The allocation of seating will be dependent on its availability and will be handled by our driver or tour guides.
• The pick-up and drop-off timings provided on the website are approximate and will be adjusted according to your location and prevailing traffic conditions.
• Only the online booking process allows for the redemption of coupon codes.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
• If the guest fails to arrive on time and our vehicle departs from the designated pickup location, we will not be able to arrange an alternative transfer. Please note that no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
• The seating arrangement is determined based on availability and is decided by the driver or tour guide, except in the case of private transfers.
