• The daytime tour provides an ideal introduction to Dubai, featuring pre-recorded commentary available in 8 different languages for a comprehensive experience.
• For those who are interested in exploring Dubai through its rich history and culture, there is a selection of tours available for purchase that offer the perfect orientation experience with interactive on-board audio commentary provided in eight different languages.
• There are two options available; either purchasing single tickets or committing to an entire day dedicated, specifically to experience as many sights as possible through an all-inclusive package (includes transportation).
• You can enjoy a Big Bus Sightseeing Tour every day of the week.
• Each tour has a duration of 1 hour and 40 minutes.

• The Al Hosn App is mandatory exclusively for residents. Tourists need to show RT-PCR reports and vaccination certificates.
• A valid RT-PCR test report from a UAE-based laboratory is mandatory, and it must have been conducted within the past 96 hours.
• A fully vaccinated report is required.

• Summer-appropriate clothing is suitable throughout the year, although sweaters may be necessary in winter months due to colder weather.
• It is advisable to bring along items such as sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and more when traveling. Additionally, we provide an on-demand private transport option for all the tours we offer.
• When making a booking with us, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of your personal belongings, including cameras, left in our vehicles or at travel destinations. We disclaim any responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

• As per our tour policies, alcohol will not be served during the tour on Muslim occasions and UAE national holidays. Additionally, there will be no live entertainment provided.
• Before making any bookings, it is crucial to thoroughly review the brochure/itinerary, terms and conditions, price grid, and other relevant information, as they are all subject to change with prior notice at any given time.
• In certain locations, capturing photographs, especially of women, is strictly forbidden, unless the itinerary needs to include such photos.
• Generally, littering on public land can lead to financial consequences, such as fines, depending on the applicable local laws.
• According to UAE law, smoking is prohibited anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces, including nightclubs.
• If a particular type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this requirement will be indicated at the beginning of that section.
• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, they will forfeit their spot on the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• No charges apply for cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time.
• 100% charges apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time.
• If qualified for reimbursement, your amount will be reverted within 7 business days.

Tour Default (0-5years) Big Bus, City Sightseeing

• Children under 5 years will be allowed free of cost as long as the child does not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.
• Children between the ages of 5 to 15 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Individuals who are 15 years old or older will be treated as adults and subject to adult pricing.
