Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• For any cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, there will be no charges incurred.
• However, 100% of the charges will be applied if the cancellation is notified less than 24 hours before the tour's departure time.
• If you are eligible for a refund, the money will be sent back to you within 7 business days.

Child Policy (Height 1.2 meters / 3 years) Atlantis Water Park

• The venue is located at The Crescent, Palm Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
• For the "Swim & Explore" experience, guests are required to be confident swimmers.
• Atlantis Aquaventure operates from 10 am to 6 pm, with the last entry allowed 30 minutes before closing time.
• It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the selected time slot.
• All dolphin adventures include complimentary entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Dolphin experiences are subject to availability, so please send us a note in advance to request this experience.

• Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted within Aquaventure.
• For safety reasons, please enter all pools and attractions feet first as Aquaventure is a shallow water facility.

• Photographing UAE residents, especially ladies, as well as military installations, structures, and other public areas is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense, and offenders may face fines as penalties.
