indoor fun for young drivers:

the indoor circuit at the dubai kartdrome is perfect for young drivers aged 7 and up. measuring approximately 620 meters, the circuit can accommodate up to 10 drivers at a time. in addition to karting, the indoor facility also offers laser tag and rush racing simulators for a complete entertainment experience.

• produce a valid id at the venue (emirates id, passport, driving license)
• sign the disclaimer form at the venue
• drivers below 18 years old require a parent/legal guardian to sign them in
• wear race overalls, gloves covering fingers and thumbs, a full-face helmet, and closed-toe shoes at all times
• agree to observe all circuit/track rules and regulations and all instructions given by dubai autodrome
• must attend the full safety briefing preceding the experience
• not allowed to consume alcohol prior to the experience, and can be prevented from driving if deemed to have consumed alcohol beforehand.

• seating arrangements for all transfers are based on availability and determined by the tour manager.
• pick-up and drop-off timings may be modified depending on the trip schedule and traffic conditions.
• some inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days, and the company is not responsible for this.
• actual transfer timings may vary by up to 30-60 minutes from the times listed on the website.
• summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter.
• guests are recommended to bring sunglasses, hats, and sun protection cream.
• private transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and the company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• strollers are not allowed in vehicles without prior notice.
• children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in water activities.
• alcohol and live entertainment may not be served on islamic occasions and national holidays.
• guests are expected to read and understand the tour brochure, itinerary, terms and conditions, price grid, and any other relevant documents.
• photography of uae residents, military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.
• littering is punishable by fines.
• smoking is not allowed in public areas.
• some tours require an original passport or emirates id, and guests should read the critical information to ensure they have the necessary documents.
• guests who do not show up on time for pick-up may be charged 100% no-show fees.
• no refunds for partly utilized services.
• the company will provide alternate options if the tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, but is not responsible for delays or cancellations.
• if a guest does not show up on time for pick-up, the company will not arrange alternative transfers and no refund will be provided.

• all cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time no charges will be applicable
• if cancellation made within 48 hours to your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• if eligible for refund your amount will be returned back to your account within 7 working days.

• children between 0-7 are considered as an infant and infant are not allowed to this activity
• children between ages 7 to 12 will be considered as a child rate
• children above age 12 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
