Shared transports are offered from Dubai City hotels and apartments that are ideally situated (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed).
Due to location and traffic, shared transfer pick-up and drop-off times may be extended by 30 to 60 minutes.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 72 hours Prior

• If a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, there are no fees.
  If a cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours before the tour departure time, there will be a 100% fee.
  Within seven business days, your money will be returned if you are eligible for reimbursement.

• Youngsters under the age of four will be admitted free of charge and treated as infants.
  Children will be charged at the child rate and will be categorized as such from the age of 4 to 12.
  Twelve years of age and up will be considered adults and will be billed at the adult rate.
