  Tuesdays are designated as "family and ladies days," with park admission restricted to women and families. The only time this rule is broken is on Tuesdays that fall on public holidays.

• It is strictly forbidden to take pictures of residents of the United Arab Emirates, particularly women, military facilities, and government structures and installations.
  Littering is a crime that carries consequences, including fines for violators.
  Smoking is not permitted in public locations.

  In the event that the guest fails to show up for the pickup on time, we reserve the right to charge a 100% no show fee.

  If the tour is canceled or delayed due to any unforeseen reasons, such as weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or other guests' delays, we will try to offer substitute options.
  We will not make arrangements for a substitute transfer and there will be no reimbursement for the lost tour if the visitor does not arrive on time and our vehicle leaves the pickup spot.

  A tour package's unused inclusions are not refundable.
  Any visitor who does not arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up location promptly will be deemed a no-show. In such cases, there will be no alternate transfer or refund planned.
