Cancellation Policy

For the Gobustan & Mud Volcanoes, Fire Temple, and Burning Mountain tour (excluding entrance fees), please note the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Tour: Receive a full refund.
• Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• No-Show or Cancellation on the Day of Tour: No refund will be issued.

To ensure a smooth process, please notify us of any cancellations or changes as early as possible. For rescheduling or further assistance, contact our customer service team.

• Children Under 5 Years: Free of charge, provided they do not require a separate seat or meal.
• Children Aged 5-12 Years: 50% of the tour cost will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.
• Children Aged 13 Years and Above: Standard adult cancellation policy applies.

• Infants and Children: Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Specialized infant seats are available upon request.
• Service Animals: Service animals are welcome on the tour.
• Physical Fitness Levels: The tour is suitable for all physical fitness levels.
• Accompanied Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is recommended.
• Multi-Lingual Guides: The tour may be conducted by a multi-lingual guide.
• Vegetarian Options: Vegetarian meal options are available. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require a vegetarian option.

• Changes and Cancellations by AAN Tourism:

  • AAN Tourism reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond our control. In such cases, alternatives or a full refund will be provided.
