Time to fly! following the guidance of our staff, you're set up in a space-agey-looking inflatable space pod that allows for easy ascension. the trip takes about 20 minutes and includes great views along with some really exhilarating moments - which we'll keep secret just to make sure no one has an edge on this experience. after experiencing the elevation yourself, see us get the balloon back in its pouch for transport elsewhere each day. (yeah, no matter what direction the winds are blowing...) more than likely you'll have worked up an appetite; so take pleasure in noshing a hearty bedouin breakfast complete with meat or vegetarian dishes (depending on dietary preferences) before heading off for some treasure hunting at local markets before coming back home where all you'll want is some down time from running around town all day exploring new places...once you've completed your journey through the skies over cappadocia with us here at air balloon, we'll present you with a commemorative certificate to take home and share with your friends. inspire them to follow suit in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure while they're still able. let them know how much fun it was.

Important Information :

•  (without any valid id passengers are not allowed to fly)
• transfers are available from dubai marina mall, burjuman mall, deira city centre & dubai outlet mall.
• the waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. 
• please fill out the wavier form and submit the form online. 
• weight eligibility criteria: max 119 kg
• the maximum capacity for hot air balloon is 10-28 pax.
• ladies more than 3 months pregnant will not be allowed to fly,
• children less than 5 years of age & anyone more than 85 years of age will not be permitted to fly. 
• however, the pilot is fully authorized to make a decision in regard to the eligibility of any passenger
• anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
• any person who has a serious heart problem / serious knee & back pain/broken leg/arm has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months 
• suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
• disabilities excluding mental health and physical disabilities are allowed.
• all passengers will need to sign the declaration that they don't have any of those types of issues.
• sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, 
• depending on traffic conditions and your location.
•  if you're coming from an area outside the city center, there may be a small fee for pickups or drop-offs. 
• video recording of the flight and banner on the basket is available as a separate purchase if you would like it.

Useful Information :

• all transfers are based on availability and you can book them according to the itinerary pickup times may vary depending on traffic conditions and your geographical location. 
• inclusions like those mentioned below might close on weekends or during particular days as per government regulations; we do not have control over this. 
• actual transfer timings may also differ by up to 30-60 minutes from those listed on our website. 
• clothes that are appropriate for the summer season are applicable all year round, however, sweaters might be required during winter months due to cold weather. 
• we recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, etc when traveling. on-demand private transport option is available for all tours offered by us. 
• when booking with us it is solely your responsibility -we will not take care of any personal belongings such as cameras, etc left behind in our vehicles or travel destinations.
• the changes made appear only in bold text.
• tour policies: on muslim occasions and uae national holidays, alcohol will not be served during the tour, and there will be no live entertainment. 
• it is important to read the brochure/itinerary, terms, and conditions, price grid, etc., before making any bookings as they are all subject to change with notice at any time. 
• photography of women in particular is strictly prohibited in some places (if it is necessary for the itinerary to include photos of women).
• in general littering on public land can result in financial repercussions - including fines - depending on local law. 
• smoking anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces (including nightclubs) is forbidden under uae law. 
• if a certain type of tourism or visit requires an original passport or emirati identification card then this has been noted at the beginning of that section
• guests need to make sure they take these items along with them when traveling outside dubai international airport because otherwise, they may lose their opportunity for that specific activity entirely.
• due to any unforeseeable events, such as traffic or car trouble, if the tour gets delayed or canceled we will provide alternate transportation options wherever possible. 
• if a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the pick-up location then they forfeit their spot on the tour and do not receive a refund.

Booking Policy:

Free Cancellation 48 hours Prior

• all cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time no charges will be applicable
• if cancellation made within 48 hours to your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• if eligible for refund your amount will be returned back to your account within 7 working days.

child policy (hot air balloon)

• children between age 5 to 11 years of  will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
