• Weather Cancellations — If it's not going to be a nice day, the flights are cancelled and then rescheduled.

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy (Hot Air Balloon)

• Children between age 5 to 11 years of  will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.

• Pick-Up Time – Expect hotel transfers between 4:30 AM – 5:30 AM.
• Comfortable Attire – Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
• Age Requirements – Participants must be at least 5 years old.
• Health Restrictions – Not suitable for pregnant women or those with severe medical conditions.
• Weather Dependent – Flights may be rescheduled or refunded due to weather conditions.
• Booking in Advance – Book early, especially during peak season, to secure your spot.
• Flight Duration – The balloon ride lasts around 45-60 minutes.
• Cancellation Policy – Free cancellations up to 24 hours before departure.

• You will receive your mobile ticket in your email instantly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter.
• Please arrive at the redemption point 20 minutes before your visit to avoid delays.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations: We have the right to reschedule or change an itinerary, alter prices, or cancel a tour at our discretion, mainly if it's for safety or convenience.
• Unused Inclusions: Any unused parts of a tour package are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered no-shows. No alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
• Weather and Traffic Delays: If your tour is delayed due to bad weather, mechanical breakdowns, or traffic, we will offer you alternative services available.
• Seating Arrangement: The seating arrangement depends on the availability of vehicles. The driver or the tour guide will make all arrangements except private transfers.
• Pick-up and Drop-off Timings: The timings listed are approximate and may vary based on your location and traffic conditions.
