• At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary or timetable, adjust the price, or even cancel a tour—especially if we feel it is necessary for your comfort or safety.
  Unused inclusions in a tour package are not refundable.
  
  A guest will be considered a no-show if they do not show up on time at the designated pick-up spot. There won't be any payment or replacement transfer in these circumstances. 
  
  
• If a tour reservation needs to be canceled or amended due to bad weather, car trouble, or traffic, we will make every effort to reschedule an equivalent experience, subject to availability.
  Depending on availability, our driver or tour guides will choose the seats.
  The pick-up and drop-off times listed on the website are estimates that will change depending on your location and traffic patterns.
• Coupon codes can only be used in the course of making an online reservation.
  We reserve the right to charge a 100% no show fee if guests do not arrive for the pick-up on time.
  We won't arrange for a replacement transfer and won't pay you for the missed trip if a guest doesn't show up on time and our car leaves the pickup spot.
