• Any cancellations made up to 24 hours before to the tour's departure time won't incur any costs.
• 100% of the total cost will be incurred if you need to cancel your tour less than 24 hours before it departs.
• If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive your money back in seven business days.

Child Policy (Singapore 0-3 Years)

• Children under three years old receive baby care and are admitted free of charge.
• Children under the age of twelve will be treated and charged at the child rate.
