Important Information :

• the minimum age is 6 years old to enter the park. 
• professional lifeguard supervision is available at all times.
• basic swimming skill is a must for this activity.
• all participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 120 kg.
• any medical condition including pregnancy, epilepsy and breathing or heart-related issues, or anyone wearing a cast is not recommended for this tour.
• it shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed respectfully and appropriately at all times and aqua fun advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for the activity and which they do not mind getting damaged.
• long hair must be tied back.
• veiled ladies must use hair clips that are not sharp. use of pins or safety pins is prohibited for safety reasons.
• no belts, jewelry, or other sharp items of clothing that may cause damage to yourself, the equipment or other participants.
• aqua fun will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items resulting from participation in the activities.
• drugs, consumption of alcohol, and smoking anywhere at the facility are strictly prohibited.

• all transfers are based on availability and you can book them according to the itinerary pickup times may vary depending on traffic conditions and your geographical location. 
• inclusions like those mentioned below might close on weekends or during particular days as per government regulations; we do not have control over this. 
• actual transfer timings may also differ by up to 30-60 minutes from those listed on our website. 
• clothes that are appropriate for the summer season are applicable all year round, however, sweaters might be required during winter months due to cold weather. 
• we recommend carrying sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, etc when traveling. on-demand private transport option is available for all tours offered by us.

• due to any unforeseeable events, such as traffic or car trouble, if the tour gets delayed or canceled we will provide alternate transportation options wherever possible. 
• if a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the pick-up location then they forfeit their spot on the tour and do not receive a refund.

• for all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time no charges will be applicable. 
• if cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• if eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
