Tour Default Policy (0-3)

• Youngsters under the age of three are admitted free of charge and are treated as infants.
• Children will be charged a child rate and will be regarded as being between the ages of 3 and 10.
• Any child over the age of 10 will be charged at the adult rate.

• Depending on traffic and your location, transfer timings may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes in accordance with the itinerary.

• If a client arrives late and misses their scheduled departure from the designated pick-up point, their position on the tour will be forfeited, and no refund will be granted.

• We have the exclusive right to reschedule a travel plan, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our discretion if we believe it is necessary for your safety or convenience.
• Any components of a tour package that go unused are non-refundable.
• If a guest is not punctual at the specified pickup point, it will be considered a no-show, and there will be no compensation or an alternative transfer will be provided in such instances.
• In the event of tour cancellation or modification due to adverse weather, vehicle issues, or traffic problems, we will make every effort to arrange substitute services with similar options, subject to availability.
• Seat assignments are contingent upon availability and will be managed by our driver or tour guides.
• The pick-up and drop-off times indicated on the website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your location and current traffic conditions.
• Coupon codes can only be redeemed through the online booking process.
• We retain the right to impose 100% no-show charges if guests are not punctual for the pick-up.
• If a guest is not on time and our vehicle departs from the designated pick-up point, we cannot arrange an alternative transfer. Please be aware that no refund will be issued for the missed tour.
