Adult Cancellation Policy:

Adults too have the same right to cancel. They can cancel their visit within 24 hours to get a full refund. But cancellations are not refundable after that time.

• For those above the age of 13, there needs to be a full ticket.
• Age-grouper tickets can require the showing of ID.

Child Cancellation Policy:

Kids are eligible to cancel the ticket within 24 hours from the tour timings and will get a complete refund. Any last-minute cancellations post-24 hours will incur a non-refundable fine.

• Children below 3 years are admitted free.
• Children aged between 3 and 12 years: Half ticket cost.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Tour is operated daily from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Minimum of 2 people should be present to operate.
• The tour can also be done in English and other languages upon request.
• Lunch is vegetarian food served.
• The tour can be adjusted according to weather conditions.

• The tour is available to all age groups.
• Dress in casual attire as walking will be required.
• All types of weather conditions are welcome.
• Don't venture out without your camera to take good photographs.
• Children of 6 years and under can accompany free.
• Advance booking is advisable.

• Your mobile ticket will be sent to your email immediately.
• Show the voucher on your mobile phone along with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter.
• Kindly report to the redemption point 20 minutes prior to the time of your visit to avoid any inconvenience.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations: We have the right to reschedule or change an itinerary, change prices, or cancel a tour at our discretion, especially if it's for safety or convenience.
• Unused Inclusions: Unused segments of a tour package are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: If guests do not show up at the pre-scheduled pick-up point at the scheduled time, they will be treated as no-shows. No alternative transfer or refund will be made.
• Weather and Traffic Delays: In case of a tour that is hindered by weather, vehicle breakdown, or traffic hold-ups, we will make a reasonable attempt to offer alternative services subject to availability.
• Seating Arrangements: Seating arrangements are subject to availability and will be arranged by the driver or tour guide, except for private transfers.
• Pick-Up and Drop-Off Timings: Timings listed are approximate and can be changed according to your location and traffic.
• Coupon Redemption: Coupon codes are only redeemable when booking online.
• No-Show Charges: If guests fail to appear for pick-up, there will be a 100% charge. There will be no substitute transfer or refund if the vehicle leaves without the guest.
