• After your booking, you will receive an e-ticket on your email address. To enter the Sentosa Aquarium, you must present a copy of your e-ticket at the entrance.
• You must also carry a valid ID or passport.
• This visit is subject to availability. The hours of operation are Saturday through Tuesday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• The tour is subject to availability.
• Please note that the Sentosa Aquarium will be closed from Wednesday to Friday.
• The location is Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Aquarium, Sentosa Island, Singapore.

• All transports have seating arrangements based on availability, which is approved by our tour manager.
• The time of pick-up and drop-off can be adjusted in accordance with the itinerary. This could potentially alter based on where you are and the state of the traffic.
• According to government regulations, certain of the aforementioned elements might be closed on weekends or on particular days; we are not responsible for this.
  
  
• The time indicated on the website may differ by up to thirty or sixty minutes from the actual transfer timing.
• Most of the year, summer attire is appropriate, but the winter months may call for sweaters or coats.
• We advise always packing hats, sunblock, and sunglasses.
• For every tour, private transportation can be arranged upon request.
• You are completely responsible for taking care of any personal belongings you leave in our cars or at the tour locations, such as wallets, media equipment, or other valuables. It will not be our drivers' or tour guides' fault.
• Strollers are not permitted inside the cars without prior notice, so please let us know when you make your reservation.
  
  
• On Islamic holidays and national holidays, an adult must accompany children aged 3 to 12 in any aquatic activity. Live entertainment and alcohol will not be provided throughout the tour. 
• The tour brochure/itinerary, the "terms and conditions," the price grid, and any other documents that may be relevant should all be carefully read and understood because, once you make a reservation, they all become a part of your contract with us.
• It is strictly forbidden to take pictures of residents of the United Arab Emirates, particularly women, military facilities, and government structures and installations.
• Littering is a crime that carries consequences, including fines for violators.
  
  
• Smoking is not permitted in public locations.
• Please make sure you read the crucial information as some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID; we will not be held responsible if you miss any trips if these requirements are met. These tours are listed in the critical notes. 
• In the event that the guest fails to show up for the pickup on time, we reserve the right to charge a 100% no show fee.
• No reimbursement for services partially used.
• If the tour is canceled or delayed due to any unforeseen reasons, such as weather, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or other guests' delays, we will try to offer substitute options.
  
  
• In the unlikely event that the visitor is late and our car leaves the pickup spot, we will not make arrangements for a substitute transportation and there will be no reimbursement for the lost trip. 

• We have the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to change the schedule or route, modify the cost, or even cancel a tour—especially if we believe it is essential for your comfort or safety.
• A tour package's unused inclusions are not refundable.
• Any visitor who does not arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up location promptly will be deemed a no-show. In such cases, there will be no alternate transfer or refund planned.
  
  

• If inclement weather, mechanical problems with a vehicle, or traffic jams cause a tour reservation to be canceled or modified, we will do everything in our power to reschedule a comparable experience, subject to availability.
• The seating arrangements will be made by our driver or tour guides based on availability.
• The website's pick-up and drop-off times are an estimate that will be modified based on your location and traffic patterns.
  
  
• Coupon codes are only redeemable during the online reservation procedure.

• In the event that visitors fail to show up for the pick-up on time, we have the right to levy a 100% no show fee.
• If a visitor fails to arrive on time and our vehicle leaves the pickup area, we will not make arrangements for a substitute transfer and there will be no reimbursement for the trip that was missed.
• With the exception of private transports, seating arrangements are made based on availability and are determined by the driver or tour leader.
