  It is advisable to wear loose and comfortable attire when visiting Singapore, regardless of the time of year. When you're indoors, especially in air-conditioned malls and entertainment venues with chilly temperatures, wear it with a cardigan or shawl.

• We have the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to change the schedule or route, modify the cost, or even cancel a tour—especially if we believe it is essential for your comfort or safety.
  A tour package's unused inclusions are not refundable.
  Any visitor who does not arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up location promptly will be deemed a no-show. In such cases, there will be no alternate transfer or refund planned.
  If inclement weather, mechanical problems with a vehicle, or traffic jams cause a tour reservation to be canceled or modified, we will do everything in our power to reschedule a comparable experience, subject to availability.
  The seating arrangements will be made by our driver or tour guides based on availability.

  In the event that visitors fail to show up for the pick-up on time, we have the right to levy a 100% no show fee.
  If a visitor fails to arrive on time and our vehicle leaves the pickup area, we will not make arrangements for a substitute transfer and there will be no reimbursement for the trip that was missed.
